The following is a list of all of the numbers in the computer system.

 Please let both of us know of any mistakes or inconsistencies that you find so that we can make sure both the wave sheets and the computer system are correct before the first race.

Rider Registration Information

Rider Registration Times - Late registrations may NOT be accepted after noted registration end times.

4:00 PM – 6:00 PM Saturday for ALL Participants

6:30 AM – 7:30 AM Sunday for Pee Wee Quad & Mini bike riders

7:30 AM – 9:00 AM Sunday for Mini Quad & Pee Wee bike riders

9:00 AM – 10:30 AM Sunday for Bike riders

10:30 AM – 2:00 PM Sunday for Quad riders


What will it cost to race in a WNYOA event?

Gate fee is $10.00 per person with no charge for children 10 and under

Event registration fees are as follows:

AA Bike/Quad -    $40.00

35+AA/A/B/C Bike/Quad  $30.00

Mini Bike/Quad   $20.00

Pee Wee Bike/Quad  $15.00

Day Riders (Non-WNYOA member) additional $7.00

(AMA Nationals, GNCC, ECEA and NETRA co-sanctioned events may have different fee structures.)

* Don’t forget to complete the Rocky Mountain ATV/MC Gas Bucks form at EACH 2017 WNYOA event to receive $10 RM Gas Bucks gift card via mail 6-8 weeks after event.  Forms are provided at registration.

Annual Membership (12 and older) $49

Child age 11 & under $29

WNYOA memberships (at events):

$40.00 per person for the first application for the FIRST/THIRD of the season

$30.00 for the SECOND/THIRD of the season

$20.00 for the LAST THIRD of the season.

* There will be a $5.00 fee to replace a lost WNYOA membership card

*Pre-season membership is available January – April.  Information & forms are provided on website www.wnyoa.org and also at the annual awards banquet in January.

Riders less than 18 years of age must provide a COPY OF THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE WITH THEIR APPLICATION (unless one is already on file with WNYOA).

ALL racers MUST sign a release waiver which is provided at registration for each event.  You may obtain an annual release card directly from AMA by providing them a signed, notarized color copy of annual release form.  Annual release form may be printed at www.wnyoa.org and mailed directly to American Motorcyclist Association 13515 Yarmouth Dr. Pickerington, OH 43147.

Overnight parking/primitive camping fees will not typically be charged for WNYOA events

Rocky Mountain Race Gas Announcement

 Here's how it works:

  • A Participant signs up for Race Gas at your event
  • We receive the event participant list from you. (With all information filled out on participation list sheet.)
  • We will put Race Gas Credit into the participant's account on our website. (If they don't have an account, they will have the ability to create one via an email we will send to them to access the cash credit.)
  • Their cash is ready to use during checkout. Fast and simple!

Please Note:
The participant will receive an email from us specifying that the cash has been put into their account. We also send out a reminder email if their cash is near expiration as well (All Race Gas Cash will have an expiration date on the usage of it.) The user will also start receiving promotional emails from us, but will have the ability to opt out.
There are a few updates to our terms and policies with this revised program that you need to be aware of:
Many of these terms have been created to ensure the participant receives a good experience with the program.
Terms (Please Read Carefully):

  1. Each organization will be able to specify up to a maximum of 12 events per year they would like to have Race Gas participation in.
  2. To help us serve you better, we will require that you send us a schedule with the dates of up to 12 events so both parties understand the expectations of list sends and Race Gas Cash delivery timelines.
  3. A participant is allowed to earn one Race Gas Cash credit per event.
  4. A Race Gas qualifying event must have 50 or more participants.
  5. To ensure speedy Race Gas Cash delivery to a participant's account, we will require you to send us each event's list within a 14 day window after the event. Please only attach one event list per email.
  6. Participant list will only be accepted in a digital, Excel format.

We are excited for these changes and hope that it will make the Race Gas experience better for you, as an organizer, and participants!
